Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

  2. Team Management:

    • Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
    • Conduct regular meetings to communicate project goals, progress, and updates.

  3. Budget and Cost Control:

    • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.

  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.

  5. Communication and Stakeholder Management:

    • Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
    • Address and resolve any project-related concerns in a timely manner.

    • Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
      • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a successful track record of completed projects.
      • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
